PROGRAMS

Supporting Your Mental Wellness

This program is designed for therapists and community support workers who deal with highly challenging and stressful situations on a daily basis. 

What

These emphasis of these programs is to help you stay well, regain some inner calm and develop greater self-awareness. 

In a supportive, non-judgmental group environment, with other like-minded professionals, our program will help you slow down, recognise your behaviour patterns, and address some of the issues linked to accumulative stress.

How

This program is a unique blend of Equine Assisted Learning, group discussion and mindfulness designed to help raise your self-awareness around behaviour patterns and gain clarity around your stressors.

Through graded activities with horses and group discussion work we will help you to develop greater resilience and positive strategies and techniques to help you stay well.

Outcomes

This program will help you:

Women 4 Women Retreat

These residential retreats are designed to help busy women slow-down, revitalize and re-discover themselves. 

What

On a serene rural property, with a small group of like-minded women and a beautiful herd of horse, you will be encouraged to slow-down, step into your authenticity and find balance.

You will be invited to join-in a variety of activities, share reflective space and replenish yourself.

How

Over the course of the retreat you will be supported to step into the present moment to explore your blocks, your stressors and discover new techniques bringing balance back into your everyday life.

This carefully designed program incorporates Equine Assisted Learning, Group Discussion, Mindfulness and Yoga.

Outcomes

Couples Re-Connection

Whether you’ve been together 1 year or 3 decades, trying to balance multiple demands on time, energy and money puts pressure on any relationship, potentially becoming ‘like Ships that pass in the night’ and losing sight of what’s important.

This program is offered in two formats; as a private event for an individual couple or as a group program for up to 4 couples.

What

Our weekend programs get you to pause for a couple of days, be with each other, and with yourself, without the demands of everyday life and consider what requires re-setting.

Working on communication, connection and goals this program is the opportunity for you to spend time re-investing in your relationship.

How

Using the horses’ sensitive connection with its environment, you will be invited to step-in to another beings’ world and notice your experience.  Through a range of activities both individually and together you will be supported to explore your perspectives, judgements and communication style.

The program also includes facilitated discussions as a couple in order to help you identify un-helpful patterns and develop the skills to build a new more supportive connection.

Outcomes

This program will help you:

  • Suspend historic judgements and connect in the present moment
  • Develop healthy and more positive communication styles
  • Identify mutual goals
