When the cancer treatment has finished, the journey’s not over – You have been through a life-changing experience on every conceivable level and those around you expect you to be who you were before – Life can feel overwhelming both emotionally and psychologically.
This therapeutic retreat has been specifically designed for Breast Cancer Survivors, to help you re-frame your experience, re-connect with yourself and your emotions, and develop new resources to move forward with your life.
You will stay on a beautiful rural property, surrounded by vineyards and national park with a small group of other women who have been on the safe journey as you.
Each day you will be offered gently guided activities to help you explore the unexplored, reframe the suppressed emotions of the cancer journey and build a new way forward.

These 2-day/2-night residential retreats are designed to help busy women revitalize and re-discover themselves. On a serene rural property, surrounded by vineyards and national park you will be encouraged to slow-down, step into your authenticity and find balance.
With a small group of like-minded women and a beautiful herd of horses, you will be invited to join-in a variety of activities, share reflective space and replenish yourself.
Through a carefully designed program that incorporates mindfulness, Equine Assisted Learning and Yoga/Tai-chi you will be supported to step into the present moment discover new techniques.
